MC Santos has been an integral member of Agent Support Team since the brand's beginning in 2019. Starting as the team's Operation Manager, MC has a unique understanding of all company systems and intimate knowledge of the team’s TC platforms. 

Shifting to the team’s lead Listing Services Coordinator in 2024, MC manages both MLS Entry and full listing compliance for agents in both Nevada and Oregon.  She has worked in Real Estate transaction services since 2016 in a variety of capacities, and is dedicated to helping Agents meet and exceed their compliance requirements.
