• We include Free Notary Services (for any transaction-relevant documents),  *Notary Services are only available in the State of Oregon at this time.  For Mobile Notary up to and within 25 miles of downtown Medford, OR.  Over 25 miles incurs a $10/10 mile travel charge.  **Non-Transaction Notary Services are also available at $10 per signature/stamp. 

• We offer Customized Email and Task Templates, One-Sheet File Reports and more to give agents more value for their hard-earned dollars.

• We back our services with a Happiness Guarantee: If you feel we've failed to earn our fee, simply advise us in writing.  If we can’t find resolution or make it right to your satisfaction, we'll void the invoice.  That simple.

• Each Agent - regardless of Individual or Team - is eligible for one (1) free Person Transaction with us each calendar year (Jan to Dec). Agents must inform us that they wish to use their Personal Transaction with submission of their contract.

• We work with Agents and Teams at all brokerages and at all production levels - from a few closings per year to 10+ closings per month, and everything in between!

• We proudly carry our own CRES Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance Policy, providing an extra layer of liability security to your files as soon as we start!  This also allows us to provide CRES Build/Fax Building Permit History Reports for Buyers as added Risk Protection for your clients and your files.
