What to Expect from Your ROCKSTARTC

Your Business and Your Trust are important to us. With each file we manage, we make a promise to uphold the utmost professionalism and provide service with as much care, integrity and skill possible. When you work with our team, you can always expect:

  • Predictable, reliable file management services with informative emails and detailed communication throughout, so you and all parties throughout your transactions are always in the loop.

  • Professionalism, patience and care when communicating with all parties - no exceptions.

  • Streamlined task and contingency schedule management.

  • Attention to detail and prompt solutions to challenges.

  • Informed responses to correspondence within 24 business hours.

  • Diligence regarding the completion of brokerage Compliance turn-round expectations that meet Broker, MLS and State designated timelines (Typically within a timeframe of 48 to 72 business hours, respectively) and guidelines.

  • Honesty, open communication and ownership of each action, positive or negative.


We kindly ask that you bear in mind
- we are Transaction Coordinators, not personal Real Estate assistants.  

We cannot and will not:

  • Conduct business with clients in person, online, via phone or in any other capacity on your behalf (This falls in the realm of Negotiations which is strictly your responsibility as the client’s licensed Agent)

  • Sit in at signings

  • Remove lockboxes

  • Show property

  • Provide Legal or Ethics advisement of any kind  (This will always be referred back to your Managing Broker)

  • In any other way adopt tasks that are outside of our purview as file managers.


We are unlicensed Transaction Coordinators and are bound by legal and ethical obligations designed for the risk management and protection of us, you, your brokerage or your clients’ interests.

In addition, please note that, while our ROCKSTAR★TC’s work individually with you to provide the best possible service experience, we do also work in conjunction with our experienced Transaction Coordination Team. What this means for you is that, while one of us will be specifically assigned to you as your designated TC from open to close on each file, our team as a whole is trained on all of the same platforms and are prepared to fill in as/when/if needed. They can assist and/or offer support should the need arise (vacations, sick days, overflow support, etc.) and are available for document consultation should you TC be otherwise indisposed.  We share all of the same operating systems, processes, general templates and information in an effort to ensure that your files, your clients documents and your compliance are always cared for timely.  Should the need ever arise for an alternate teammate to step in for your designated TC, you will be informed right away so you'll know who you're working with at all times.  

We hold yours and your clients confidentiality with the utmost importance.  We take great measures to ensure that any information shared within our team STAYS within our team, and is only ever utilized for the purposes of your file management needs.  We do not keep any sensitive information stored within our system and request from Escrow and Lending teams on each transaction that they personally connect with clients for this information for security purposes. Release of any information deemed Confidential in nature must be requested in writing prior to release.
