Our Client Expectations

We firmly believe that having an understanding of realistic expectations on both sides of any relationship is extremely important. Below are the expectations we have of the Real Estate professional we choose to work with:

Communication - THIS IS PARAMOUNT.  Whether it’s via Email, Phone, Text or Instant Messenger (we are available via Google Chat, WhatsApp, Zoom and several other online platforms), Communication is key to our partnership.  If we cannot confer with you or reach you throughout important stages of your transactions, we will not, in good conscience, pursue further work with you in the future.

  • Draft all Contracts for your clients.  We can and will assist you with almost every aspect of your transaction process, but it’s up to You to Fight for your Client, Negotiate for your Client, and to Draft all Contracts for your Client.  We can and will only work on Listing, Buyer Pre-Pending and Transaction files with contracts that have been fully executed (ie: Sale/Purchase Agreements, Listing Agreements and Buyer Representation Agreements).

  • Take ownership of the off-hour tasks.  Please, don’t ever hesitate to send us an email, call us or text us with questions or comments - Any time of day.  Please Take Note: We will answer every communication during business hours (9am to 5pm), or promptly the next business day.  We are open when Escrow is.  Any important or time-sensitive items requiring urgent attention after or before these hours fall strictly within your ownership of responsibility to “fight for your client” as their Negotiator.

  • A Safe, Communicative and Reliable Working Relationship - on both sides.  We will always do our absolute best to ensure you and all parties we do business with are greeted with the highest level of respect and professionalism in all aspects of our business.  As TC’s, we work as a part of your team and, as such, we require an equal measure of respect and professionalism in return.  Should you have concerns that need to be addressed, please contact us directly for resolution.  We will always do whatever we can to make the situation right.  

Should a concern or issue be large enough to discontinue our working relationship, it shall be addressed in writing, with your Managing Broker looped in, so everyone is on the same page and we can work towards an amicable resolution.  At that time, all work on all active files will cease immediately and all file documents will be handed back to you, free of charge, to handle as you and your broker deem appropriate.   

  • Own your freedom to go out and Expand Your Business!  We take care of your compliance so that you can focus on the most important part of your business - Your Clients!  Having us manage your files will save you valuable facetime, and give you the edge you need to help your business grow!  If you need to cancel a meeting with us or know you’ll be unreachable for any reason, just let us know so that we can plan for unforeseen urgent circumstances accordingly.  

  • Accountability for prompt payment of all Invoice payments issued for services rendered by ROCKSTAR★TC Services LLC.   We take our commitment to you, your clients, your brokerage and your business very seriously, and we respectfully require the same in return.  Our TC’s work diligently to show the world the Rockstar Agent you are, and part of that commitment is in helping you to get paid on time with a complete compliance file that is held up to State, MLS and your brokerage’s high standards of expectation.  We will never request payment on an invoice until our job is done, and are committed to working post-closing to ensure we’ve earned our invoiced amount.  As soon as your compliance file is deemed Complete, payment is due for your file invoice.
